Cooking With Dog - "It's not what you think"

A few months ago when I was looking up a Japanese recipe, I found this Youtube channel, Cooking With Dog. And I have been following them ever since. Their videos are well edited, and narrated by what I think is the best Japanese voice actor. If anything, it's just fun to listen to their videos and repeat after them.
The chef for this series was recently injured, so I thought I'd do a small illustration as a tribute.

Watermelon House

I could TOTALLY live in there. Although, I'm not a huge fan of finding watermelon seeds in my mouth. They don't' taste as awesome.

Dog and the Snail

If the humans are imaginative when they are little, does that mean the puppies are imaginative too?

Breakfast Land

Welcome to Breakfast Land! I wish I lived there. I love breakfast food. It's rarely healthy, and it's all so tasty! Yum yum.

Llama Angels

Occasionally I go out for a walk over to my husband's (he's a wildlife biologist) research field. And to get there, we have to walk past a small llama farm. As we get near, these big vacant eyes on long necks pop out of the tall hedges. And those vacant eyes follow us until we disappear. It's the funniest sight.
And what better than llama angels for my self-promotional postcards? The colours are nice and bright (and plentiful), which is new to me. But it was a fun illustration to work on, and I plan on doing more just like this.
